All payments made to Samavesh for services, workshops, or programs are non-refundable, except as specified in this policy. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, as detailed below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
A. Workshops and Events
- If a workshop or event is canceled by Samavesh due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
- If a participant cancels their registration at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event, they are eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative fees).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
B. Therapies and Consultations
- Refunds for therapy sessions or consultations will not be issued once the session has been availed.
- If a package is purchased and partially utilized, a prorated refund may be considered if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the next scheduled session.
- No refunds will be issued for missed or no-show appointments without prior notice.
C. Products (If Applicable)
- Refunds for products purchased from Samavesh are only applicable if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
- Requests for product refunds must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.
